Already committed to ambitious sustainability policies, it aimed to assess its Sustainable IT maturity and prepare for obtaining the Responsible Digital (Numérique Responsable) label – Level 2, recognized at the European level.

MIKUJY conducted a comprehensive Sustainable IT maturity assessment based on the official Responsible Digital label framework.
The analysis made it possible to:
Assess the alignment between the digital strategy and sustainability objectives
Define priority improvement areas related to governance, internal communication, and training.
Identify existing strengths (open-source usage, IT asset management, energy efficiency)
Based on this assessment, MIKUJY proposed a clear and prioritized roadmap, including:
The establishment of cross-departmental governance involving all administrative units.
The creation of awareness and training programs tailored to each profession.
The formalization of a Sustainable IT strategy integrated into the territory’s climate plan and digital strategy.
This approach successfully aligned label requirements with the operational realities of public services, while taking into account available resources and administrative constraints.
